Frame & Flair Exhibition 2025
Organized by Artsy Foundation

These Terms & Conditions outline the regulations applicable to all artists participating in the Frame & Flair Exhibition, scheduled for 12–14 September 2025 at Krittika Art Gallery, Santiniketan.


1. Eligibility

  • Open to all emerging and professional artists aged 15 and above.

  • Both individual and group submissions are accepted.

  • National and international applicants are welcome.

  • Artists must arrange their own travel and accommodation, unless otherwise informed.


2. Accepted Categories

  • Painting: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolour, Mixed Media, etc.

  • Photography: Wildlife, Conceptual, Nature, Portrait, Abstract, Monochrome, etc.


3. Submission Guidelines

  • Each artist may submit up to 3 artworks.

  • Final submission deadline: 15 August 2025.

  • Submit digital images in JPG/PNG format, minimum 1MB.

  • Each submission must include:

    • Title

    • Medium

    • Size

    • Year

    • Short description


4. Selection Process

  • A panel of curators will review all submissions.

  • Selected artists will be notified by 25 August 2025.

  • The jury’s decision is final and binding.


5. Framing and Presentation

  • All artworks must be framed or properly mounted, and ready to hang or display.

  • Each piece must be labeled on the back with:

    • Artist name

    • Title

    • Price (if for sale)


6. Display & Sales

  • Artists may choose to offer their artwork for sale.

  • 20% commission on any sale will go to the Artsy Foundation.

  • Buyer payments will be settled after the exhibition concludes.


7. Delivery & Return of Artworks

  • Selected works must be delivered to the venue between 5–8 September 2025.

  • Unsold artworks must be collected between 15–17 September 2025.

  • Artists are responsible for delivery and pickup, or must request assistance in advance.


8. Conduct & Liability

  • Artists are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the event.

  • The organizers will take due precautions but are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss.

  • Artists are responsible for insuring their own artwork, if necessary.


9. General Information

  • Certificates of Participation will be awarded to all exhibiting artists.

  • Artists are encouraged to attend the inauguration ceremony on 12 September at 11:00 AM.
