1. Registration & Participation

 

A. Art Exhibition (Painters)

Registration Fee: ₹2000/- (non-refundable).
Artists must frame their artworks independently.
Maximum frame size: 23 x 16 inches.
Artsy Foundation will sponsor exhibition-related expenses after registration (excluding framing).

B. Photography Exhibition
Initial submission is free.
If selected for exhibition, photographers must:
Pay ₹1000/- if self-framed (Frame Size: 18 x 12 inches), OR
Pay ₹1699/- for framing by Artsy Foundation.

C. Online Photography Contest
Open to photographers, students, hobbyists, and professionals aged 15 years and above.
Participants may submit up to 3 photographs.
Registration is mandatory after selection/nomination as notified by the organizers.
Students receive 15% discount upon submission of a valid student ID.

3. Submission Guidelines
All artworks and photographs must be original.
AI-generated entries are not permitted unless specifically announced by the organizers.
Copyright infringement, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of third-party content will result in immediate disqualification.
Artsy Foundation reserves the right to reject incomplete, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate submissions.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal and artwork information.
4. Registration & Payment
Registration is considered complete only after successful payment of the applicable fee.
Payment may be made through approved payment methods listed on the Artsy Foundation website.
Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizers.
Student discounts must be claimed before payment completion.
5. Framing, Display & Exhibition
Painters are responsible for framing their own artworks.
Photographers may choose self-framing or foundation framing.
Artsy Foundation will manage display, labeling, exhibition logistics, and promotional activities.
Display locations and arrangements are subject to curator discretion.
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
Participants retain full copyright ownership of their work.
By participating, entrants grant Artsy Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use submitted works for:
Exhibition promotion
Website content
Social media promotion
Press releases
Event catalogues and publications
Future Artsy Foundation promotional materials

Proper credit will be given wherever reasonably possible.

7. Jury & Judging
Entries will be evaluated by an independent jury panel.
Judging criteria may include originality, creativity, technical quality, composition, presentation, and thematic relevance.
Jury decisions are final and non-negotiable.
Participation does not guarantee exhibition selection, nomination, awards, or publication.

Selected participants may receive:

Awards may vary depending on sponsorship and event structure.

9. Sponsors, Investors & Partners

Sponsors, investors, collaborators, and supporting organizations may contribute to event operations, logistics, funding, prizes, workshops, and promotional activities.

Artsy Foundation reserves the right to publicly acknowledge sponsors and partners through event-related materials.

10. Volunteers & Event Team

Volunteers may assist in:

Event coordination
Registration management
Photography & videography
Social media management
Workshop facilitation
Exhibition setup and logistics

All volunteers are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow assigned responsibilities and schedules.

11. Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal
Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
Participants unable to attend may request consideration for future events, subject to organizer approval.
Artsy Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will be informed through official communication channels.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Artsy Foundation will take reasonable precautions to ensure participant and artwork safety.
However, the organization shall not be held liable for:
Damage during transit
Theft or loss
Technical failures
Internet disruptions
Force majeure events

Participants are encouraged to independently insure valuable artworks if necessary.

13. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration and communication.
Participant information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

14. Agreement

By registering, submitting artwork or photographs, making payment, volunteering, sponsoring, investing, or otherwise participating in any Artsy Foundation program, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
