Celebrating Creativity: A Glimpse into Our Previous Workshops & Exhibitions

At Artsy Foundation, we believe art is a living dialogue between tradition, creativity, and community. Our previous initiatives — the Alpona Workshop, Photography Contest, and Art Exhibition — were powerful reflections of this vision, bringing together artists, photographers, mentors, and volunteers under one creative roof.

The Alpona Workshop, guided by master artist Shri Sudhiranjan Mukherjee, offered participants an immersive journey into Bengal’s rich folk traditions. Through hands-on sessions, participants explored the beauty of lines, curves, dots, and cultural motifs, learning how this timeless art form connects heritage with contemporary expression.

Our Photography Contest witnessed compelling visual narratives from photographers across diverse genres including conceptual, nature, portrait, and monochrome. The submissions were thoughtfully reviewed by an esteemed jury panel, offering participants valuable exposure, feedback, and the opportunity to exhibit their work both physically and digitally.

The Art Exhibition, held at Krittika Art Gallery, Santiniketan, showcased a vibrant collection of paintings and photographs. Artists from different backgrounds came together to share their stories, connect with curators and audiences, and celebrate creativity in an inspiring exhibition space. Supported by our dedicated volunteers and partner brands, the event successfully created a platform for dialogue, discovery, and artistic growth.

Each of these initiatives reaffirmed our commitment to nurturing emerging talent, preserving cultural art forms, and building a supportive creative ecosystem. As we move forward with new workshops and projects, we carry the energy, learning, and community spirit that defined these unforgettable experiences.
